Easy Chocolate Fudge

Hi there!  Thank you so much for stopping by on this beautiful December day!!  With the holidays coming up, I wanted to post something festive, and this fudge I made the other day seemed to fit the bill!  It's very easy, and only takes about 10 minutes to prepare!  
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 12-ounce bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

I also added a few tablespoons of butter to make it a little more creamy, and I left out the nuts.  This is one girl who doesn't like nuts in ANYTHING! Yes, I know I'm weird.  Anyway, here's the instructions:
1. Grease the bottom and sides of a square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches, with butter
2. Heat condensed milk and chocolate chips in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth; remove from heat.
3. Quickly stir in vanilla, then spread into pan.
4. Refrigerate for an hour and a half, or until firm.  We put it in the freezer for a while to help it get firmer.
5. Cut into 1-inch squares.

That's it!  Your beautiful fudge is ready to eat! :)  

We've been busy since after Thanksgiving getting ready for Christmas!  Even though every day is a good day to reach people for Christ, Christmas is an especially wonderful time of year for outreach. It's also that time of year to pull out the traditional Christmas movies and books!
